Call me Ron. I'm the Founder and the Chief Editor. I'm the Boss here at Teach The Boss.
I decided to create Teach The boss, when I realized there really wasn't any sites with an open and inviting presence that catered to managers . Most - 99% - are simply trying to sell you something. Most, fill their pages with shallow and vague filler content. It's obvious when you study these sites, that they are simply trying to draw in traffic in order to profit from advertising. The little content they do provide, reads like a bureaucratic document from the Cold War Kremlin. Stuffy, lifeless, and void of any personality. And, the worse of it - no real-world, day-to-day usability. The quality sites that do exist cater almost strictly to executive class upper echelon, and are heavily laden with financials and the like. Nothing usable on a day-to-day basis for middle-management or the operations managers looking to step up.
Teach The Boss is practical, well-reasoned, fresh, and highly usable.
Teach The Boss is very, very much about the community it fosters. We strongly encourage readers to contribute their comments, and engage in dialogue with others. We also encourage our readers to submit for consideration, those articles they wish to share. Readers can also submit requests for the article topics they most want to read and discuss.
Teach The Boss not only provides reviews of products, books, services, websites, and hardware/software; but we show you how you can actually make use of those things that will make your personal and professional life better.
